Los Angeles, CA, USA – August 20, 2020 – Martha Lazo-Munoz, Author, Speaker and CEO of MedCare Staff Women’s Health, is thrilled to announce that she is hosting a Women’s Health Issues event associated with Domestic Violence on August 20, 2020 at 12:00pm. The goal of the event is to educate, inform, and empower women of domestic violence, and women in general. The event will focus on the emotional and mental health after abuse. Speakers will share their domestic violence abuse experience and how they turned it around and used this experience to empower women.

Domestic Violence issues hold no boundaries. Healthcare professionals experience abuse too. While working with the healthcare system, recruiting and hiring doctors, nurses oftentimes share their personal stories of abuse. “I am a Domestic Violence counselor and decided to help all women,” says Lazo-Munoz. “I started to attend events and realized I needed to help and reach clients as well. My events are about empowering and sharing educational resources and tools. My speakers are successful business women who have experienced the same and now want to help empower others.”

Speakers include Marty Martha Lazo-Munoz, Michelle Faust, Balaka Ghosal, Heather Knight, Dr. Ida Greene Ph.D, Tina Krebs, Dr. Shima Hadidchi, Patricia Jo Grover, Michelle MacArthur, Veronica Lemus, Sal Harper, and Britt Sulkin.
