Founded by Brittney Brookins, B.B.M is for women who know they have some work to do in becoming the woman they want to be. Whether they need to own their voice, rediscover their beauty, or simply improve their self-esteem, we want to be a resource of inspiration for young women.

Brittney created B.B.M as the solution to what she needed in her self-discovery journey. Throughout high school and well into college, Brittney suffered from self-esteem and confidence issues that became a gateway for toxic relationships. She turned to makeup artistry to begin falling in love with herself. From there, Brittney vowed to continue evolving no matter how painful the process would be. That’s the B.B.M pledge: that each woman will continue evolving and discovering who they truly are.

The beauty brand has developed a range of products to help women with self-development, self-esteem, confidence, positive affirmations, and positive mental health. Those products include the Confidence Eyeshadow Palette and the Elegance Highlight Palette which contain pigments named after characteristics that every young woman should aim to possess.

When asked more about her brand, Brittney replied: “I created this brand for women like me who are still in the process of finding themselves. The makeup palettes are meant to be included in your affirmation rituals. If you need Spunk, put it on. If you need Poise, put it on. Put on what you need for the day.”
